Niftylift Opens New Facility In The US

Niftylift has been selling mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs) in the United States and Canada since 1995 and during that time we have worked hard to ensure that our market-leading product range is supported by world-class customer service.

Choosing to buy the best boom lift on the market is a great start, but it’s only half of the story and we know that excellent product support is just as important to our customers.

Our success is built on trust, and our customers trust that:

  • Niftylift boom lifts are safe, reliable and cost-effective.
  • Every new Niftylift will arrive with them in perfect condition.
  • Service and technical support are just a phone call away.
  • Spare parts are reasonably priced and readily available via express carriers.
  • Niftylift team members are dedicated professionals and ready to help in any way they can.

We value that trust and we’ve spent the last 25 years earning and maintaining it.

Now, in 2020, we are pleased to announce the opening of our brand-new custom-built North American Distribution, Service & Spare Parts Center.

This new freehold site is located in Greer in South Carolina and became fully operational in June of this year.

Supported by our extensive network of dealers across the US and Canada, this facility will manage new machine distribution and offer service and spare parts support for the entire region.

The new 5-acre site includes a 30,000 sq. ft. warehouse and 5,000 sq. ft. of office space to house our comprehensive Service & Spare Parts Center and we have a growing team of 20, all locally employed.

This new investment firmly plants our roots in the United States and demonstrates our rock-solid commitment to our American and Canadian customer base.

John Keely, President of Niftylift Inc. commented:

“We’ve worked hard over the last 25 years to provide our US and Canadian customers with the best products and most comprehensive customer service we can and our investment in Greer will help us to ensure that both remain ‘world-class’. In the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, we all face new economic challenges and Niftylift is proud to be able to invest in the US economy."

Jon Hedlund, VP of Sales/Operations and Ed Duvall, General Manager for Niftylift’s North American management team echoed John Keely’s sentiment and added:

“We are so very proud of the strides and accomplishments we have made. Our new facility is the result of decades of hard work, all the while remembering that it’s our customers who have made us as successful as we are. As we continue to grow we will be playing an active role in the success of our local community and are committed to building on the customer trust we have earned as we look forward to the next 25 years and beyond.”
