MB’s live demonstrations will feature the new MB-HDS320 shafts screener, the BF120.4 crusher bucket, and the MB-S18 screening bucket mounted to an excavator. While the MB-L140 crusher bucket and the MB-R500 drum cutter will be demoed on a skid steer.

During ConExpo in 2017, MB Crusher had four attachment lines: The Crusher bucket, the Grapple, the Screening Bucket, and the Drum cutter. For ConExpo 2020, MB Crusher America will introduce an additional fifth line: The Shaft Screener.

The new MB-HDS series selects and crushes excavation and demolition materials, asphalt, coal, organic materials, wood, bark, and light plastics. It also enables products to be re-purposed immediately on site. The BF120.4 is suitable for excavators weighing more than 30 tons and was created to meet the specific needs of crushing in quarries and landfills for aggregate recycling, in large job sites to reduce the volume of materials resulting from demolition work. With a productivity of more than 53 meter cube per hour, a capacity of about 1.30 m3, and a total weight of 4.8 tons, the BF120.4 crusher bucket is an effective machine that has established itself as the premier crusher in the crushing field in just a few years.

Suitable for large excavators between 20 to 35 tons, the MB-S18 is great for screening various kinds of material with outstanding performance. Ideal for use before, or after crushing, the MB-S18 screening bucket will reduce crushing time up to 60%, the MB-S18 also allows the screening of natural material (quarry residue, dry soil, and river stone) of any kind, making it convenient for on-site processing.

The MB-L140 crusher bucket is suitable for skid steers and loaders between 3 to 8 tons. This bucket is the perfect combination of versatility, performance, and practicality.

The new MB-R500 is the smallest drum cutter of the MB Crusher line. It weighs only 0.3 tons and can be installed on mini and midi excavators from 3.5 to 11 tons and on skid steer loaders and backhoe loaders from 3.5 tons Its powerful cutter has a diameter of 20 in and grinds with extreme precision. Its drum can be replaced on site in less than an hour, without the need to take the unit to a specialized workshop.
