Survivre
This Boratas mobile crushing and screening plant combines the BPK125S closed-circuit crawler mobile impact crusher with the BPE103 crawler-type vibrating screen. It is designed for flexible aggregate production and construction waste recycling applications, providing stable material flow and controlled final product sizing. The plant is commonly used in soft to medium-hardness stone quarrying sites, as well as concrete and asphalt recycling projects.
In this setup, the BPK125-S performs the crushing stage and controls overall product sizing through its closed circuit return screening system. Then the crushed material can be transferred to the BPE103, a 3 deck tracked inclined screen, to classify material into the required end product fractions with accurate separation and consistent flow.
The two units can operate together as a train, or separately depending on the site layout and production target. They can be fed by loading equipment or upstream machinery, and they can also be integrated into larger mobile crushing and screening trains with other machines, when requirements call for it. This flexibility makes these units ideal for contractors and private operators.
Manufactured in compliance with global quality standards and supported by Boratas warranty after-sales service.
