Hyva has appointed Sabicar as their official dedicated installation, support and service workshop partner in Portugal.
As a key differentiator in the market, Hyva in Portugal is expanding its after sales network with a focus on training skilled professional vehicle service technicians.
The appointment of Sabicar is a practical demonstration of this strategy. With trained service engineers and workshop facilities, Sabicar has recently invested in a dedicated service truck which is fully equipped to visit customer locations and conduct on-site service and maintenance of Hyva equipment.
Pedro Gouveia, Hyva Sales Director Portugal, said, “We are delighted to welcome Sabicar to the Hyva family, and wish our Portuguese service partner every success. This new agreement is proof of the efforts being made by Hyva to continuously improve our sales and service network and to exceed customer needs."
In the event of a major mechanical repair, Sabicar’s fully equipped workshop team of Hyva trained staff are ready to offer a fast response. Hyva/Sabicar support vehicles are set-up to handle any situation and are closely supported by Hyva’s after sales team.
Mr. Rui Sabino who manages Sabicar explained, “Customers are encouraged to understand that regular maintenance of their machinery is a preventative measure which is important in providing a more reliable, longer service life-cycle and less downtime. Hyva has been very supportive and helpful in setting up our capability and competence in Hyva products and we look forward to a successful and profitable working relationship.”
