XCMG’s first high-speed stabilized soil mixing plant XC800S constructed 4.2 km above the sea level on Qinghai-Tibet Plateau
XCMG recently constructed the third high-speed stabilized soil mixing plant XC800S at 4.8 km above sea level on Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, the world’s highest and largest plateau that is of great strategic importance in the implementation of China’s Grand Western Development and “Belt and Road” Initiative. This was a part of the demand for 4 highly reliable cost effective and high-speed stabilized soil mixing plant equipments that XCMG had secured from a Shaanxi-based construction unit. To construct such a giant equipment on Qinghai-Tibet Plateau averagely standing over 3km above sea level is almost an impossible mission because the Plateau, also known as the “Roof of the World” and the “Third Pole”, has a harsh environment – low temperature, cold weather, strong sun’s rays, and overexposure to ultraviolet. But XCMG succeeded it in 7 days. Currently, the XC800S is functioning with an amazing performance that exceeds the client’s expectations.
XC800S is a combination of different types of machines used for stabilized soil mixing, which is later on used for highway and sub-base constructions and road projects at different levels. It is an improvement and refinement of previous products in XC series, equipped with a dual-mixing system and small cement transition chamber that portrays leading performances and technical indexes in China.
XC800S is known in markets for its eco-friendly and energy-saving characteristics. Most especially, it is the embodiment of invention patents and utility models that has been granted to XCMG by competent government authorities.
