Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - As construction progresses on the Aqaba International Circuit (AIC) in southern Jordan, a used Lintec CSM4000 Containerised Asphalt Mixing Plant is helping deliver the consistent, high-quality asphalt required for one of the country's most ambitious motorsport developments.

Supplied by Lintec & Linnhoff, the plant is supporting asphalt production for the FIA Grade 3 circuit, which is being developed by Aqaba Development Corporation within the Aqaba Special Economic Zone. Spanning approximately 1.15 million square metres, the project is set to become a major motorsport, tourism and entertainment destination capable of hosting both regional and international racing events.

Its modular, fully containerised design enables transportation using standard shipping containers, allowing rapid installation with minimal civil works. Factory-tested components and an integrated plant configuration ensure dependable on-site performance while offering the flexibility to relocate the plant for future projects.

A key feature of the Lintec CSM4000 is its advanced vibration screening technology, which enables precise aggregate classification before mixing. Dried aggregates are conveyed to a multi-deck screening unit where vibration technology accurately separates materials into different fractions before transferring them to hot mineral bins.

Designed for high-capacity production, the system accommodates up to six screening decks, while integrated bypass functionality and optimised insulation improve operational flexibility and energy efficiency. Multiple access points also simplify routine maintenance and servicing.
