POWERPLUS GROUP has officially joined the Zimbabwean construction and mining equipment industry and launched the brand at MINECON 2026 in Harare.
The launch took held at the mining and construction show at A.R.T. Farm in Pomona from September 17 to 19, with Zimbabwe's Minister of Mines and Mining Development in attendance.
POWERPLUS GROUP also made inaugural equipment sales during the show, including the PP220E-XI crawler excavator, PBL488T-II backhoe loader, and PP14G-IX motor graders.
POWERPLUS GROUP will target Zimbabwe's mining, construction, and earthmoving industries, offering a broader variety of machines such as excavators, bulldozers, dump trucks, wheel loaders, and motor graders.
The new distributorship provides POWERPLUS GROUP with a local sales and support presence as the equipment manufacturer seeks to extend its footprint in Zimbabwe and the larger Southern African market.
