Nakheel Launches New Waterfront Villas At Palm Jebel Ali

Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - Nakheel has announced a new range of waterfront homes at Palm Jebel Ali, dubbed The Beach and Coral Collections, which offer 11 distinct designs. The announcement marks a significant milestone in the development of Dubai's showpiece island project.

The villas were designed by international architecture firms to focus on space, light, and sea views. They have direct access to the beach and a mix of modern design and natural surroundings.

The Beach Collection has villas with five or six bedrooms that are between 7,500 and 8,500 square feet. The Coral Collection has homes with six or seven bedrooms that are between 11,500 and 12,500 square feet.

Palm Jebel Ali will also have a 9,000-square-meter shopping center and a Friday Mosque that Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) built for up to 1,000 people to pray in.

The project is in line with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan and includes seven islands and 90 kilometers of beachfront.
