Boratas BPJ120 is a crawler type mobile jaw crusher designed for high-capacity primary crushing of hard and abrasive materials in quarry, mining, and recycling applications. Operating as a tracked jaw crushing unit, it enables on-site material processing and supports mobile crushing plant configurations in large-scale production environments.

The BPJ120 is equipped with a single-toggle jaw crusher from the Boratas BCK series and is capable of processing granite, basalt, limestone, asphalt, concrete, and construction waste. Its reinforced structure and wide feed opening allow stable material intake and efficient reduction of large feed sizes, while the tracked undercarriage supports relocation between job sites.

The crusher operates with an integrated hybrid diesel–electric drive system, combining electric efficiency with an onboard diesel generator. This configuration reduces fuel consumption, lowers operating costs, and enables independent operation on powered and remote sites without compromising crushing performance.

Routine maintenance and operator safety are supported through hydraulic access doors, centralized lubrication points, and clearly arranged service areas. Integrated emergency stop systems, stable maintenance platforms, and controlled access zones help reduce operational risks during inspection, adjustment, and wear part replacement.
