Franck Muller And London Gate Update Construction Progress

Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - UAE developer London Gate and Swiss watchmaker Franck Muller have reported major progress across their branded residential projects in Dubai.

Aeternitas, the first development under the collaboration and set to become the world’s tallest residential tower, has reached the 75th floor. The substructure is complete, and the superstructure is more than 70% finished. The project is scheduled for handover in the fourth quarter of 2027.

Vanguard, the second joint project located in Dubai Marina has reached the 18th floor. Construction remains on schedule for completion in the third quarter of 2027.

A third branded tower is anticipated to be unveiled soon, demonstrating the great demand and success of the Dubai real estate industry.
